Once the payment is finalized, you will receive a receipt and the gift certificate will be sent by email or mail to the lucky recipients with the order number.

A gift is meant to be enjoyed and not refunded. That's why we don't refund gift certificates. Please take the time to use your voucher before the expiration date.

It is possible to personalize your gift certificate and to add a sweet word at the time of your purchase.

Of course, just select the corresponding box at the time of purchase and add your personal information.

For your safety, in the event of a weather warning, Parcel reserves the right to cancel your stay. You will then be able to postpone your stay. Unfortunately, no other financial compensation can be claimed.
